Some nucleotides are missplaced on secondary structure

Some nodes of secondary structure graph are missplaced even if data is correct

Look like the it only affects nodes where a coordinate (x or y) equals 0.

We will try to add a shift to node coordinated in order to avoid 0 to coordinates

A JSON Schema validation (or another validation) is needed to ensure fetched structure (JSON) is in a valid C4G graph format. For now, it is asserted when fetching the graph (https://forgemia.inra.fr/metribo/snoboard-client/-/blob/dev/src/views/TargetView.vue?ref_type=heads#L109).
